In a world where we're making at least 200 choices relating to food a day, most of which we aren't even aware of, having some kind of support and someone to be accountable to is relieving.
We understand how challenging it is to maintain healthy habits and make healthy choices every day while juggling job, family, shopping and cooking. It's a decision we need to re-commit to, every day.
Counting calories, points, carbs or fat makes it hard to enjoy food. Instead, you feel guilty every time the counts go up. We don't want you to feel like you need to go on a fast, cleanse or even diet. With us, you'll learn how to enjoy your food, even the foods you love!
Our programs are designed to give you PERSONAL support to help you achieve your goals. We'll start small by identifying one or two habits that you can change right now, and take things one day at a time so you don't feel overwhelmed.
Get accountability and support that's personal, fits your schedule, is convenient and accessible.
How will we do this?

- We will work on identifying which habits you can change and set some realistic goals.
- We'll provide you with tips on how to reduce mindless eating.
- You can ask questions via email or ask for regular reminders.
- You'll get encouragement and help to be successful on your journey to a healthier, more mindful lifestyle.

What if I register for a program and want to upgrade or extend the program length?
No worries, you can upgrade to a different program at any time. If you come to the end of your program and you'd like to continue, you can do that too. We may even give you a discount 🙂
Is this program the right thing for me?
Yes, yes, yes. It's for ANYONE looking to be more mindful of what they eat. Whether you're just starting out on your journey to more mindful eating, or if you already eat well but know you have some habits that you could change, this is for you. We all need accountability and support when making change, and this is how we want to help you. We can't always rely on ourselves, our friends, or our partners; sometimes we need someone outside of our circle to help us stay on track - with no judgement or criticism.
What is the Facebook group all about?
Our closed Facebook group is only for people who have joined a Mindful Munching program. Here, you'll get support and accountability from like-minded people and tips and encouragement from us, your Mindful Food Guides. Anything you post here can only be seen by members of our group - a safe place for you.
What is email support like?
We know how hard it is to stay accountable, so we've decided that email support is a great way to keep in touch throughout the week, especially if you're struggling with something in particular. You can email us anytime and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
